Maybe others will disagree here, but there should be NO oil in the air intake to the throttle body. I just got done fixing a turbo on a car that failed 150+ miles out, had to have it towed, etc. Odds are the turbo is pushing oil and this can only get worse. Also, check the PCV hoses to make sure none are failing. Can't remember the year of the car, but if < 2004, put on PCV 6 kit and supporting hoses.
Check turbo by removing the metal intake pipe to the turbo. Grab the turbo intake blade shaft and pull in and out. If any end play, or excessive left and right play, time for a turbo.
