CEL and stumble

Hopefully someone can help with my problem. Car is a 2004 Aero Wagon. I've been getting a pretty steady CEL code P0134 and stumble/hesitation on strong accelerations for the past few weeks. The last time this happened a few months ago, and a new CPS seemed to take care of it. The other day I replaced the upstream O2 sensor and put in new plugs just in case. CEL went away for a few days until this morning, when getting on the highway got the stumble, misfire, and CEL.
Any ideas what could be causing this? I plan on redoing the J16 junction to get rid of the annoyance CEL since the only code I've gotten is P0134, but this shouldn't cause the stumble/misfire.
I have a spare CPS which I can put in since problem seemed to manifest the last few days in heat wave we're having, but could the one I replaced 6 months ago have gone bad already (EEuro OEM)?
Fuel pump?
throttle body?
Sacrifice a chicken?
Thanks
Ron
