On my older SW MY99 Linear, the inside edges do wear faster under load due to the camber and toe setting, on original rear suspension. on my newer SW MY05 Arc, this doesn't seem to be an issue, but the car does feel stiffer than the Linear.
That tire on the passenger front could have been rotated forward from the rear. If it currently drives straight, hands off the wheel, under braking and normal acceleration, I would vote for the tire coming from back to front.
I get a full alignment when I get new tires. Otherwise you can easily waste your money.
The whomp whomp could also come from a bent rim. My older Aluminum rims are not perfectly round anymore - one had to be taken out to be used as a full spare.
