CEL back 4 times

A few weeks ago I posted about the frustrating runaround I had with my CEL and Airbag warning lights coming on. I had the local Auto Zone read the generalized codes and replaced both O2 sensors based on the readout. My catalytic had rusted out earlier in the year as well, so the trip to the inspection station was shaky.
I bit the bullet and went to my local SAAB dealer where they found the O2 heaters and catalytic providing error codes. After some back and forth, the tech couldn't find any voltage faults with both sensors and the cat seemed to be OK (how do you test a cat, anyway!?)
The tech reset the computer and 103 miles later the CEL came back on.
A second trip yielded the same conversation, but this time, no code being produced by the cat, only the O2 heaters. Again, voltages checked and connectors cleaned from theECU to the sensors. The computer was cleared again, but this time, at 103 miles the CEL still hadn't come on. So I go to the inspection station and the car passes without a hitch.
Guess what? A mile down the road, the CEL came back!!
The dealer told me my best chance would be with factory O2 sensors, but I have a very hard time believing that my $180 Walker plug-in replacements are no good after only 250 miles...
Any thoughts?
