Had the same problem with mine - 2001 9-5 v6 auto. If there is no crank then the culprit is the Neutral Safety Switch (NSS) - only if you have an automatic tranny. If it cranks then its the CPS. The NSS part is $315 or so. I rebuild mine following the instructions below. It's been a couple of weeks now and it's fine.
