Your ignition switch is stuck and isn't recognizing that you are taking the key out. My 03 was doing the same thing when I bought it and my 9000 used to do the same thing. The switch can be lubed and then it will "pop" up and disengage when the key is removed. The keyless isn't working because it won't let you set the alarm if it thinks the key is still in the ignition.
