Could be right front wheel bearing, but you can help ID this by driving in an empty parking lot and turning right/left. When loaded (turning left) it should be louder, and vice versa when turning right.
Beyond that, it could be a serpentine belt pulley or other moving part. If you don't hear it with the car in park and idling, then it's likely wheel related.
