Probably easier and cheaper to source a replacement via the usual sources: TSN (or other) classifieds, online auctions, parts tables at SOC, etc. The early standard wheels seem to have issues and don't look so great after a while, but later wheels (from about 2002), and the accessory or sport (perforated leather with shaped grip) wheels often last longer.
If the leather isn't torn or the stitching broken, some standard leather clean-up stuff could work wonders for a fraction of the cost.
Replacement wheels on auction sites usually sell for $75 - $150 or so. Swapping the wheels is pretty simple. Only tools needed are a T-30 driver and a 22mm socket on a 6" extension and a breaker bar (1/2" drive, usually). BTW - the radio controls are fixed to the airbag module, not the wheel.
