I took both sides apart to fix my blend door problems. Right side was fine, turned out to be the arm that controls the door that redirects air to the Defroster had come detached.

Drivers side I took everything apart and also opened up the electric motor case to be sure the little gear was lined up correctly. The lever was cracked so I need to order a new one. I think I messed up by spinning the brass arm. I wanted to verify nothing was jammed in the mechanism after I pulled the little motor out. I put it back together and now I cant get it to index properly. It wont return to straight up and down....

Any suggestions or tricks would be appreciated. Making me crazy!
