I have a 2002 9-5 Aero with Eibach Pro-Kit springs and Koni yellow adjustable shocks. I have no rubbing when I am in the car, but the ride is harsh. I am not positive about the offset of the top of my head - sorry.
On occasion when I have to transport a few people, I have had a few rubbing issues. For instance, over large dips you may hear the tire slightly rub the plastic fender liner. If you have stock springs (not as stiff as the Eibachs), it would probably be even more pronounced.
If your car is a daily driver and you transport passengers on a regular basis, this is probably a BAD set up for you.
