All I'd say is that if you're doing a full brake flush along with a 4 corner pad replacement, I would:
1) drain the reservoir with the turkey baster
2) go around the car & replace all the pads
3) repeat step #1 (for the old fluid pushed back by compressing the pistons)
4) flush/bleed as per WIS instructions.
5) Make sure that all the pads are seated against the rotors, and the calipers are working. Your power bleeder probably doesn't have enough pressure to extend the pistons, so if you don't check, you may be in for a LONG pedal on that first press.
Pay attention to volumes in the WIS, if they give them to you. You're bleeding more than just the caliper, .you're bleeding all the valve blocks, etc. of the ABS system.
You could also do the flush first, then replace the pads, but then you're throwing out new fluid when you compress the pistons...
