The back seat is fantastic. Tons of room. The issue isn't the room, it's the support of the seats. The seats cradle you, and you sit down into the seat. So you end up sitting down low between the bolsters. It is very comfortable.
The problem is that the design forces the car seat to tilt up on one of the side bolsters. So I have researched and found out that there is a seat called a nania that is the narrowest on the market and also a seat called a bubble bum that is quite revolutionary.
I was thinking maybe Saab designed a seat for the contours of the rear seat cushions.
