I just installed an Audiovox FM100A fm modulator. It has the capability of an aux input for the satellite radio, or for an ipod. The output on the unit consists of female RCA left right inputs. A splitter with two male RCA to one male mini stereo plug solves that. I drew power from the fusebox, connecting to the hot side of an unused fuse (I used the ventilated seat fuse) ground was easy to find behind the radio. Switch mounted in the blank to the left of the seat heater switch. You will need antenna adapters to connect to the Saab antenna. Works great with both the XM radio and with the ipod. Clear sound, no static. Power the switch off and the radio works fine. You don't lose the radio, or the display or any of the steering wheel controls.
