Jim Ellis Saab in both Chamblee and Marietta, GA offer free loaners. Chamblee location has mostly 9-3 cabrios. Last time I was at Marietta they had 9-5's mostly but may be different now.
If they're out of loaners you get the Enterprise hook up at no charge. Got a PT Cruiser with bad brakes once.
Don't assume you're entitled to a loaner. I don't know this for sure but I don't believe free service loaners are part of the Saab dealers franchise agreement, like it is with Lexus and Infiniti. Better ask your local dealer first.
