There is no earthly reason to have your ecm (I assume you mean the Trionic engine computer) rebuilt. Get a used one from a junk yard or from an auction site and have it reprogrammed by someone with a Tech II. Regardless, the new computer will have to be married to your care. This means programming the computer with the chassis number and immobiliser code.
Of course, the big question is why you think you need a new ecm? They do go bad occasionally, but it is usually because some other component failed and took out a mosfet driver.
