Hi everyone,
I just got my '03 Aero wagon back complete with new Koni FSD shocks to replace the aging original shocks. I also got a new steering wheel to replace mine which had worn leather spots all over it.
I cannot tell you how thrilled I am! The car feels brand new...and like others have said, there is a little bit less body roll that what I can remember from when the car was new. Around town ride is definitely firm, but not overbearing. Steering response feels much better, and the car just feels like it came straight from the factory. The only visual difference is that the rear ride height is about 1/2 inch higher than before, but it's not really that noticeable. My old shocks were probably sagging a bit anyway.
I need to take it on a longer trip to test the highway ride, as well as a windy road drive, but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
Two thumbs up for the Koni FSDs!
Cheers,
Paul H.
