Well, that is another issue. When I called LM and made sure that the shop was "on their list" they said yes. Then later, LM said they were not on the list, but the rest of the body shop companies shop were. I raised bloody hell with LM. Even with this, I must say that LM was good. The shop said it was done, then we had to drive about 1.5 hours to pick it up (another story) and it was not fixed. We had to do this a couple of times (wife) and finally I went the third time and it still was not fixed (they missed a damaged cooling fan), etc. All I know is that LM was not going to cover the rental when the body place said it was done, and then it was not. The car was a POS, but it was a car. In the end, the car was repaired well and everything was covered except the deductible.
I would record everything that is not documented in email / letters whenever you are dealing with insurance / car repair, etc. I am still with LM and I will say that they have been very good. I will be doing my "look for a better car insurance" calls soon, but will have to be good to go to another company.
The one thing that LM did not cover is the deductible due to a deer hit. I have heard that some other insurance companies wave the deductible animal hits.
