The SAAB dealer I contacted said he could pull the key code, but they do not laser cut keys and frankly were not aware of a source that could cut the key from a code. I am in a different situation than S-Works. As I am totally without a template for someone to cut a key. I have ordered keys for other post 1999 SAABs and the dealer has always required me to order the keys which arrived days later precut in a sealed bag and not cut by the dealer. If anyone is aware of a dealer (or anyone) who is able to cut a key from code let me know. I contacted some locksmiths one claimed that they the machine to laser cut keys cost 12 grand. I have also contacted non dealer websites like lost SAAB keys or something like that, but so far no response from them.
