Here is a quote from Jeff02 from 5 Dec 2011 post:

"Two ways. One, put tape on each side of the ACC to protect the dash, then use small flat heads to pry out one side, etc. Usually they come out pretty easily. Two, remove the radio with removal tools (can come out a bit hard). Then pull the ACC unit out from behind. Bulbs are on the back and can be replaced easily. Yes, these darn things cost from the dealer. Check EEuroparts.com and others. I have a bunch of used ones, but can't say how long they would last. Test be reconnecting without putting in the dash."
