No it is the pressure sensor. You have to remove the passenger side headlight and the sensor is in the middle of the condenser side "tank" or tube. I has 3 wires in a harness going to it.
The DICE code is actually B2360 [you can look this up in the WIS] but when you do the self test on the ACC it is the code 22. Of course this is conjecture on my part BUT the 22 code disappeared with I fixed the connection to the pressure sensor......and the code was there the whole time the wires were disconnected.
So take out the headlight and check it. There are 3 wires, ground, +5vdc, and the signal voltage which can be anywhere form .25 to 4.75. So it actually does tell the DICE what the pressure is. If it is out of range for the other conditions, the ECU will not provide ground for the compressor relay.
You will need a Tech 2 or an Op-COM scanner to read the ACC code B2360. My indy found it with his Tech2, and I later could read it on my Op-COM scanner.
If you have not compressor working and a code 22 on the ACC, sertainly take out the passenger headlight assembly [and easy job] and check the wiring on the pressure sensor. There is also lots of information in the WIS on the sensor and the wiring.
