...then replace them both, and if ordering online request the same manufacturer if it's not specified (or if it's simply labeled OEM). As mine got older, they got pinker, so if you're trying to match the color temp the only true way to do that is replacing them both with the same manufacturer and same color temp. In all likelihood you'll need to replace the other within a year anyway. Mine starting acting on the fritz (dimming and then going bright) and I never got to the stage where they failed.
