A lot of stuff had been done considering the car has only has 20k miles. In the other hand, the car is four years old. All this stuff has been done under warranty and some have been from some sort of recall. If the car is certified, then it will be under warranty. At least you will be cover if something were to come up. It does seem that whoever owned this car probably had somewhat of a negative experience because probably spent a lot of time in the dealership, especially when you consider, they only drove the car 20k. What are you paying for the car? You might to consider leasing one assuming you are a leasing candidate. The payments are low, the car is new, the car has all the warraties, and all the service is covered for 36k. Also, the residual will be low with the opportunity to even get a better deal at the end of the lease.
