SUPER rough idle, poor drivability...

Hey Everyone:
It's been a while since I last posted, but now I need some help:
In my 2002 Aero, 115k miles on the clock, I changed the motor mounts, plugs, and replaced a cracked radiator recently.
During the course of the MM exchange, I broke a brake booster vac line, and have patched it now. New one is on order. The plugs I put in were the ones from EEuroparts: NGK Platinum PFR7J, with 10 inscribed below the other numbers.
Car seemed fine, then had to sit for a week while I was away.
Now, it barely will start, has an exceptionally ROUGH idle, more like it is hunting and trying to hold, but ultimately always dies off. When driving, there is a poor pedal response, and it surges significantly after a slow start. Really, it feels like it's misfiring intermittently.
Could I have installed the wrong plugs, leading to DI failure? Is this consistent with anything you all may have experienced, such as Crank Position Sensor failure, or perhaps something else?
Any help or suggestions gratefully accepted and appreciated.
