Most of this was already answered, but my own take is:
1. Mobil 1 0w-40 and Castrol Syntec 5w-40 are the easiest to find over the counter in my experience that meet specs. I change it every 5k miles, and also rotate the tires at each oil change (these cars are a little notorious for eating tires as the suspension wears). Coolant is typical GM dexcool, I think.
2. Brake fluid change interval is every 2 years, iirc. Transmission drain is very easy to do yourself if you do your own oil changes. 4 quarts of Toyota T-IV (Mobil 3309) is what I use (and then check level carefully when hot, don't overfill). I did most of the list you mentioned at 60k miles, or had a garage do it.
3. Already been answered, but it's particularly easy to do on these cars yourself.
4. I think the change interval for the belt is 60k, but there isn't one specified for the tensioner/pulleys. Most of us have changed one or both out before 100k (I haven't yet at 82k).
5. Genuinesaab is a site that specializes in performance mods, and I'm sure there are other site sponsors here you can explore. ECU tuning is popular. Given the critical and possibly fragile nature of our Air Mass Meters, I'd never, ever, ever put a K&N or other oiled filter on this car (but I generally dislike them for any car).
Best wishes - I generally like my 9-5 a lot.
