Seals or pressure?

I have what looks like possible bad turbo seals on my 02 Aero (120K). I have quite a bit of oil residue on the TB and noticed a good amount of oil around the outer edge of the TB when I took the intake off. And in the intake. As well I have oil seeping out of the intake tube where it mounts intercooler hose by the BOV. But I have zero smoke from the the exhaust.
Bit confused if this is bad turbo seals or too much pressure in the system (car has PCV #6) as I noticed as well oil seeping on the outside of the plastic oil filler tube where it mounts. I replaced almost all hoses, including new seal on the filler tube. Car has had a HG done a year ago for a coolant leak. New oil trap, pressure switch. You name it.
I guess I'm used to reading about seeing smoke with bad seals and I do not see any. Nor are my plugs wet with oil.
I have always noticed a little amount of oil residue on all my saabs in the intake but this seems like way too much and now is pooling underneath my manifold and leaking on the cat.
