Ranked in order of decreasing price:
1 - Buy a new siren unit and replace your failed one. Cost is ~$300
2 - Buy new batteries and capacitors and replace these components inside your exisitng siren unit. Cost is ~$40.
3 - Have the Dealership disable your exisitng siren and use the car's horns as the audible alert for the anti-theft system. Cost is ~$30 and requires a Tech-II device.
The siren is located in the left side front wheel well. Remove a few screws securing the inner fender, peel it back, and you can see the black siren box. Held in place by two screws. The early cars (generally pre 2002) have siren units with screwed shut cases, after that the cases were glued shut making replacement of batteries and capacitors a little more work.
