I wish I had done that on the 9-5 before winter! we used steel wheels and now the hubs are all rusty. I don't remember them being like that before. I know there was a service bulletin on this (actually suggesting not to use steel wheels on the 9-5), but I forgot in the rush of the change over!
I guess I should do some gentle wire brushing to remove the surface rust + then put some anti-seize on the hubs... just not on the threads! hopefully I haven't caused myself too much grief!
