I have been able to source on here the procedure to to the replacement of both the T-stat and Oil Cooler. I would really appreciate help with the following, Perhaps ANDERS or anyone can help me?

-I am unlcear what gaskest for the the intake(s) need to be replaced and how to figure out part #s
-Do I need new copper crush wahers for the banjo bolts?
-Do ineed new BAnjo Bolts
-If my oil cooler does not seem to be leaking now shoudl I replace it anyway as once it does I have to end up replacing the radiator also?
-OR can I just reseal the cover with the Silicon sealer and go with it.
-Is there a lower cost option on the Oil cooler other than the $575 for genuine saab?
-Which Radiator hoses should be replaced at the same time, just the upper?
-What are the part #s for the o rings where they connect to the themrostat pipe/housing.
-what are the torque values when reassembling all the intake parts?

I spent a couple of hours on here trying to research and could not get these answers...thanks. I kno wit os a lot to ask to get all these answers, but appreciate the support.
