I think that the bolt is the same, easy to look under and check to see. The springs get in the way of one of the bolts, so not so easy. You should remove the rotor and clean/lube the p-brake. You can remove the caliper to change pads by removing the guide pins. If not removing the rotors, you do not need to remove the caliper carrier. So be prepared to spend more time than the fronts.
If removing the rotor, first get the caliper index screw loose before doing anything else.
