Today I took out the glove box and lower panel and dug into the blend door problem. I am getting 1-13 code and a 2-13 code. Everything looked good with the stepper motors when I took them out. The arms were not broken, and the upper one seemed to be turning ok. I did find the upper arm was disconnected from the arm. Not sure how that happened. I reconnected it and tested/re-calibrated the A/C and still got the codes, but the system now cools well on the passenger side.

I do know the arm is broken off on the driver side, but I have not gotten in there yet. I was beat from doing the other side in the hot sun and it is sooo hard to get in there.

Maybe tomorrow AM when I am rested. I do have a repair kit for the driver side.

Good to have cool air again, but I am not done......
