Professionally, you always sit in the driver seat facing forward when talking about left and right of the car. That way it is no confusion in any country and what side the steering wheel happens to be on.
Since it is now determined that you do have an external leak, one way to help them (and yourself) is to use a piece of white paper (cardboard) situated under the car with marks where it is placed in accordance with wheel and front and bring that to the shop so they can see the location. Removing the plastic belt protector shield helps a little too since the coolant will not follow the shield and drip at other locations away from the source.
In that area by the right headlight it isn't much more than the water pump and radiator plastic tank on a 4 cyl engine.
Maybe, just maybe the new water pump is leaking and they should replace it free of charge (that's what I would do) but if it is the plastic tank of radiator, it will be more money.
Not a fun situation at all for the shop all depending on how thick skinned they are.
I take it way to personally when things like this happens, and believe me, they do happen from time to time on these new fangled complicated and engine compartments crammed full of equipment cars.
