Got the replacement today and swapped out the defective SaabAux. The new one works perfectly! Thanks Johan! Great customer service.

I may try a headphone amp between the iPod and the SaabAux as I have to crank the volume on the iPod. This is typical of aux inputs - the one in my house does the same thing. I know - buy a Wadia if you're really serious about the tunes in your iPod.

Only other thing I could wish for would be for the SaabAux to work when the ignition is switched off - it's gotta be on as if the engine was running.

The SaabAux is easy to install and works great. Highly recommended.
