After looking around a bit it seems that a fair number of people use the BCPR6ES in the '02+ Aero and the Dame Edna cars, but they all say that they last around 15k miles. This explains the misfire I started experiencing when the plugs got to 23k.
I put the original PFR6H10s in that had 40k on them last night and went for a long drive today, no more misfire. It looks like eeuroparts has the PFR6H10 for $12/each, not too bad. I had an '02 Aero which had the 7ES plugs in it.
I think the set of 4 BCPR6ESs the dealer sold me were about $50, but they did come in pretty little blue Saab boxes :).
Just put on some new Michelin Pilot Super Sports, with the extra grip I've been thinking about getting a stage 2 tune for this Aero - so I'm sure that will necessitate the need for a different plug.
