Worth it is totally up to you. I live in AZ, and during the summer, the vented seats are worth their weight. I've only used the heated seats when I go skiing, which is about once every other year, and I don't use it, my wife does, so I could care less about that option to be honest. How rare they are kinda depends on where you live, In az, any saab is a rare deal, and one in good condition with low miles is even more rare. We didn't care about color choice when be bought our 07 last year, but we were glad the interior was parchment vs black. the only thing we would really change on it is we wished the factory window tinting was a bit darker.
