The hose at the right angle of the tee goes to the purge valve (gas tank vapors), and the inline portion of the tee vents the boost contol line, from the boost contol valve to the intake tube. The break vents the intake to the air after the MAF sensor and will slightly lean out the mixture, but the Trionic system will compensate for that up to a point.
When my tee broke, I took it to the auto parts store and found one about the same size.
