Since you have the special tools you use the two blocks inserted into sprockets and then for extra strength use a cam sprocket fork tool inserted into the holes.
But I have actually used just the sprocket blocks to counterhold when loosening the bolt.
If the cams turn after removing the sprocket it is no big deal since you just turn them back when the sprocket is on there again and inserting the blocks.
