if i recall correctly the source of the P0134 code is due to a poor ground wire splicing in the wire harness near the ECM.
Kind of a short pain to get to the wire splice location, but some quick splicing, soldering and heat-shrinking of the wires will cure the O2 sensor discrepancy.
the P1549... you might have something there with the cracked T line. possible the the BPCV is plugging up with carbon too. Does your boost gauge get into the red when you accelerate fast? or does it just stand straight up (base-boost)?
