Stalls at idle

Took the 03 9-5 ARC (V6) into the shop and had 4K worth of work done (extensive yes). Now they have put everything back together and claim it stalls at idle, runs fine otherwise.
First assumption is a vacuum issue - but they claim they smoke tested it.
Say they called the local dealer / repair shop and it was stated that it was the throttle body.
What say the wise ones here?
