I'm having some issues with my HVAC that I have not encoutered on the 9-5 before. As opposed to the A-typical 08 issues regarding blend door arm, I have an excessive amount of clicking/popping when my system first turns on (and zero codes when checking the ACC). Guessing it's related to cabin/fresh air circulation as I start to hear it when the cabin circulation icon appears. I can not find anything from the 9-5 files regarding this issue. But on the 9-3 forum it seems to be somewhat common. So is it a possible gear misaligned (or broken teeth) causing the noise? Anyone experience this on the 9-5 before?
