High temp glue suggestions

The plastic connector on the transmission cable on my 04 Arc is cracked, and will probably fail in the not to distant future. I was thinking of glueing it, but temps in that area (just above the Neutral Safety Switch) get pretty hot. Can anyone suggest a glue that can hold up to these temps?
TIA.
