I'd vote for keeping on. These are all consumables. If you have even slightest DYI abilities, some of the stuff can be addressed at 0 labor cost.
Subframe bushes expense can be lowered if you go for powerflex urethane bushings that can be rather easily inserted (you will not need the press).
They can also be bundled up with control arms bushes since the subframe will be out anyway. Do the rear engine mount at this point too, if it is worn out.
But all that is worth considering if there is no rust on the body and the driveline components are all sound.
Besides, I would still prefer the pre-2006 models due to parts availability and much better appearance and feel, especially inside.
There are still very low mileage units available through dealer auctions, and much cheaper than 10,000.
