Its a piece of cake
I find it easiest to pop out the cubby below the switches - slide a flat screwdriver under the bottom lip of the cubby, and when you feel it pop loose just slide it out.
Then reach into the hole where the cubby was. You can slide the switches out very easily by reaching behind them and sliding the one you want out. The wiring harnesses have small locking tabs on them that you may need to lift gently with a screwdriver to separate them from the switch. The new switch just snaps right in.
Slide it back into its spot in the dash, test it (make sure the lights work as well as the heat), and assuming all is good, snap the cubby back into place.
Good luck.
