In my opinion that is low.
you should have 605mm in the rear. Don't worry about front to rear difference.
The spring perch should be on the upper setting. Use spacers if you need them to get up to 605.
Check the ride height again in a few months when the spring have sagged and readjust again.
Clunk could be the lateral arm bushings. the upper ones wear first. Do a search here there are lots of discussions on rear suspension.
Or just wait a while and redo it when the springs sag. that is why it is a waste of money to install new springs.
