Yeah, it sounds like the throttle body as long as it is clean inside and that the limp home mode is properly reset after codes are reset.
It can take 1000 miles of driving between it going bad when it is early on.
I'm still hesitant on rebuilt ones based on what I have read but maybe they have gotten better.
