195/60-15 is also the size I run on my 1990 C900 (directly interchangeable with the stock 185/65-15 tires). I did run 195/65-15 on it for a couple of years (as recommended by Townsend Imports). I didn't like them on my C900 due to the greater 'tire sway' (I was using soft S-rated tires) & reduced acceleration of my underpowered n/a car, but the car drove perfectly fine with them. Your acceleration should feel a little quicker with the smaller tires.
I would think the only concern would be load rating. As long as it meets the requirements for your heavier vehicle, you should be okay. Oh, & they'll be 5% (7.7%??) shorter in sidewall height (65 series vs 60 series), so you'll have a tiny bit less snow clearance.
Otherwise, for $100, they should be a great deal. How much wear do they have on them?
