I expected to receive this code yesterday after swapping out my summer tires for my winter tires, which have a new set of TPMS sensors installed in them. Surprisingly I did not receive the message yesterday.

Today, after driving 30 miles or so on the snow tires, I get the alarm message and flashing tire pressure symbol on the dash.

Will this go away by itself after the car learns the new sensors?

Do I need to have tire pressures reset in the ECU since the tire size has changed?

Or does this indicate one or more of my new sensors are not transmitting and must be replaced?
