Fairly common failure esp. with the cam driven vac. pump. Oil leaks thru. pump and is drawn into booster damaging the diaphragm. The leaking booster eventually will set a ck. engine. Tech2 has a neat read value for difference between air input from MAF and calc. from manifold vac. and rpm. If diff. is more than 15% then take out the vac. pipe from the manifold and plug the manifold. If the booster is leaking the difference will drop below 5%.
