NADA lists that combo at $4025 in "Clean Retail" condition. $2,000 for a trade-in value.
However, without any maintenance records, the ONLY place I'd drive that to after buying it would be a Saab mechanic to have the timing belt, tensioner, pulleys and water pump changed. Figure on a $1,500 bill for the trouble.
I'm on my second V6 9-5, and both of them received new timing belts very soon after my purchase. The first one had no records at 87k, the second one had only a record of the Saab 60k complementary belt, and no ancillaries. At 178k, it is due for its THIRD belt (60k, 120k & 180k...).
If it is a really nice car, and you have a good Saab mechanic you know and can take it to, I'd go in with that information and bid them $2,000 for the car.
