I spent about $200.00 in rolled fiberglass and 4x8 one inch foam sheets for the ceiling. It would seldom freeze inside but was just too cold with the cement floor holding temperatures. Even the way the dog travels in the rear seat with a bed comforter was a bit chilly.
Now with a gas fireplace/radiator it's toasty even at 20F degrees outside.
