Suspension bushings when doing struts & shocks?

I have reached the point with our '04 9-5 ARC wagon (139xxx) that I believe it needs new struts & shocks. I plan to replace the OEM units with the Koni FSD. I think it's pretty obvious that I should have the car aligned when doing such work, but should the suspension bushings in the transverse arms in front and trailing arms in the rear also be replaced?
